The Government will allocate 399 thousand lei from its reserve fund to
the Dubasari Raion Council to support Transnistrian economic entities.
It took a respective decision on Wednesday.
Minister of
Finance Mihai Pop said after a Government sitting that this decision
was taken in accordance with the Law on Supporting Business Activities
in Localities of the region.
He explained that 370 thousand
lei are assigned for the targeting compensations of the income tax for
2006 to the owners of agricultural lands behind the Rybnitsa-Tiraspol
highway, which lands are under the jurisdiction of the Transnistrian
administration.
The Government allocates 1.6 thousand lei for
paying the land tax, 25 thousand lei – to cover contributions to the
state social insurance fund, 2.4 thousand lei – to grant licenses to
owners of agricultural plots.
These financial resources must be
distributed by the Dubasari Raion Council in accordance with the
Regulations on Methods of Compensating the incomes of local budgets,
state social insurance budget and the Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund
in the connection with tax breaks for land owners behind the
Rybnitsa-Tiraspol highway.
These 200 land owners live in the villages of Cocieri, Corjova, Cosnita, Malovata, Dorotcaia and Pirita.
